Main Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide top-tier service and maintenance for commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Install and service major refrigeration and HVAC brands across various industries, including supermarkets, food production facilities, refrigerated warehouses, and retail outlets.
• Handle all necessary documentation and safety paperwork in an organized, timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide ongoing support to the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration Technician or Level 4
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Intermediate computer skills for accurate reporting and communication.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to performing high-quality work.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to handle being on-call on a rotating schedule (every 4 months).
