Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including VRF, VAVs, air conditioning units, boilers, and chiller systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical connections.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Assist with new HVAC system installations in industrial and commercial buildings.
• Respond to service calls promptly and provide outstanding customer service.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of centrifugal chiller systems.
• Proficiency in compressor teardown and startup processes.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and their components.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with chilled water hydronic systems, pumps, chillers, and valves.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers and clearly explain technical information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (required).
• Minimum 5 years of centrifugal chiller experience (preferred).
• EPA Type Universal CFC License (required).
• Valid Driver's License (required).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred).
